Shipping policy

Free UK standard delivery on all orders over £150.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

UK delivery

Standard Tracked (7–15 working days): £4.99, or free on orders over £150.

International delivery

European Union (10–20 working days): £14.99.
Rest of the world, including the US, Canada and Australia (10–25 working days): £23.99.

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order is dispatched and are not guaranteed. They may be longer during busy periods such as sales and Christmas, or because of customs checks.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders with multiple items

Items in your order may be dispatched from different warehouses, so they could arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. Tracking information can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Delivery problems

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us at reecewm04@gmail.com with your order number and we will help put it right.
