1. About us

This website is operated by Arthur Hale ("we", "us", "our"), a clothing retailer based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at reecewm04@gmail.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

3. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours and sizes accurately, but the colours you see may vary depending on your screen. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers and we do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

7. Your right to cancel and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Details of how to return items, and our extended 30-day returns window, are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Arthur Hale or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the effect.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you placed it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
